A family oriented club, which is open to all members and their family.

Family includes spouse and children under the age of 18.

Children that are in the military or full-time students are eligible for an honorary membership

Bedford County Sportsmen's Club offers the following:

 

Trap Shooting:       

Five stations four of them lighted, voice release target throwers. ATA shoots. Registered events year-round. 

Wednesday evening year-round practice shoots.  Non-registered trap shoot every month.  (See Club Calendar)

Pistol Shooting:

Five pistol bays. Wednesday nights April - October club puts on various types of: pistol matches / 2 & 3 gun matches.

                                     We are an IDPA affiliated Club. (See Club Calendar)

Archery:

 30 station 3-D course.  Monthly shoots.  (See Club Calendar)

Rifle Range:

Open all year round.  25, 50 and 100 yard backstops.  Concrete shooting pad, roof covered and anchored benches.

Fishing:

Open year round.  14 acre Sportsmen's lake with boat launch, dock and boat storage area.  Electric motors only. 

Great fishing includes bass, bluegill and crappie. Ice fishing permitted.

Swimming:

Open Memorial Day to Labor Day.  Sandy beach, clean water (tested weekly), lap swimming area bathhouse for changing. (No lifeguards)

 

Picnic Pavilion:

Open year round. Available for current club members, private gatherings (See Club Rental)

Monthly Meetings:

Held the first Monday of every month at 7:00 pm with a few exceptions. Open to all members. Every member has a voice in club activities.

Air-conditioned, restrooms, TV (available for rental for current club members 1+ years membership)

Hunting & Hiking:

169 acres available.
